Just outside of Nashville, TN, Richard Whitener and his team at THW Insurance Services, LLC are proud to serve their Lebanon, TN community. With a variety of insurance offerings spanning from commercial and employee to identity theft and cyber security, THW will soon celebrate 20 years of service.
Growing out of a partnership with a large, local bank in 1999, Richard and his team take pride in the relationships they build with their partners, customers, and each other. “Working with people we care about in a supportive environment makes coming to work and serving our customers at a high level easy,” Richard said of life at the agency.

When Richard and his team were finally fed up with their legacy agency management system, they knew they wanted that same familial sense from their new provider. And, they wanted a system that could do more with them and for them. “We were in an ancient system but paying a lot to use only 10% of the system’s capabilities day-to-day,” Richard said of their old system, “We didn’t have any help or support and were tired of it.”
