We’ve packed our bags and are ready to hit the road! This past month, Jake Thaxton, Manager of Client Services, and I headed east to start off our 20-city Partner XE Regional Learnings tour.
We started off with sessions in Boston and Hartford, MA and Philadelphia, PA. It was our sixth year in Boston, thanks to the support of Arbella Insurance in Quincy, MA. The seasoned professionals attending shared practical and useful experiences on how to get the most from the Partner XE system. Formal and informal discussions with colleagues ensured each agency is taking advantage of capabilities in the system and have a process to implement them.
It was our first time ever in Philly, and the supportive crowd was energized from more than just their recent Super Bowl win! We look forward to returning next year to learn and grow more with the community there.

The real thanks goes to our whole Partner XE community of independent agencies, partners, and team members. All in all, we received an enthusiastic response at each event. It’s a great opportunity to meet clients in person and hear the things on their mind so we can all continue to improve and make the Partner XE experience even better.
